I hate to say it, but to get the rat problem under control they might have to start killing again, there's absolutely no fear. Especially when guys are talking who haven't even been arrested.
Low level ratting , absolutely no fear , street guys are easily replaceable, take a look at stato-mafia trial 2 years ago , 5 people disappeared from witness protection program , they were talking about freemasonry, state , secret service and mafia dealings.
