If Gotti had been in a Commission meeting, who would it consist of? Gigante for the Genoveses, Amuso for the Luccheses, but who for the Colombo and Bonanno Families? Perhaps Orena since Persico was in prison, but who would've represented the Bonanno Family for Rastelli during the period of 1985-90? Massino? He was also incarcerated during much of that time.
