Assuming DelVecchio's story isn't a total fabrication, I'm assuming that it was Chin, Ducks & Rusty who vetoed this idiotic idea. I ask about timing because one would really have to wonder whether or not the vote would have gone the other way if Amuso was in charge of the Lukes at the time.
