He's done so much time that "Early" no longer applies to this release. When he goes into that hearing what he says will not matter, the people appointed to that parole board will have been told weather or not they can parole him. I believe all high profile cases are that way. Parole boards are made up of government flunkies. He must have close to 30 years in by now.

What do you want as evidence? Are you denying he was a shot caller for the biggest white gang in the federal prison system? that alone gave him access to many Italian convicts. Refer back to Blood on the Razor Wire Chad (prior to his own channel) where he was interviewed regarding the Italians - specifics and in general. Has anyone from prison, that you are aware, called his stories falsehoods? He was writing on Gorilla Convict for years and the comments appear to generally support most all he has written (materially, and those comments posted by ex-cons). He's doing what he said: undressing the "mafia" for what it is without the goons and guns on the cold concrete floors of Leavenworth and Lewisburg.

I think CNote has this one right, Rosso has often made stuff up. I like his stuff at ties, but he does what the rest do, which is they start making up stories.

What I think is happening here is a few years back the SCOTUS ruled that
a gun charge by itself is NOT considered a violent crime.

When the ruling came down it opened the door for any defendant that has time added to their sentence because they had a gun charge, now has a chance to be re-sentenced.

As a result a lot of convicts were re-sentenced and received sentence reductions.

That is just my guess.

If you really want to know reach out to that guy ROSSO and ask him to find out, the next time KARATE calls him, maybe KARATE could conference in FABRIZIO…..

If I remember correctly the feds didn’t even offer them a deal on the case because of Shemtov.

Meaning there was no plea offered for a reduced sentence.

Which is rare.

It was all up to the judge at the time.

I broke down and watched Calandra podcast last night.

You guys are right he has actual fans and no matter what he does these people LOVE HIM.
It’s sooo crazy they are defending him.

He also did some chat or something and there was 400+ people in the chat.

What I think is actually happening is the more this guy gets talked about the more of a following he will have.

So it’s the opposite of what should happen.

Instead of people walking away because he “GOT CAUGHT WITH HIS GAND IN THE COOKIE JaR” for no good reason.
