Jesus Christ!!! Lol night was a fucking blur. According to my wife I came home at 7:30 am. I was so drunk I fell asleep in a guest bedroom while still in my clothes. Then when I wake up I find two stripper thongs in my pockets and someone's toothbrush in my jacket Lol I literally laugh out from this post !!!  You are awesome gia !!! The funniest men ever ! hahaha I'm glad you had fun buddy !

That’s great, the only thing that cures a Hangover is real authentic Chinese Food. Chinese Food does ease the pain lol Feeling much better today, thankfully. I literally did nothing yesterday. Today so far I've kept busy. About to go do some yoga with the wifey in an hour or so

just came back home from a meeting i'm so depressed i have elbows pain (in the joint, the tip). i went too far in my weights (in the dips and triceps extension) i think i have triceps tendinopathy  it used to happen to me when i used to do skull crushers years ago, and then a dr told me it's bad to the elbow and i stopped it. i guess i need to take a break from the gym and start rehab. i already found some exercises on youtube, and i'm also icing the elbows
