Exactly! Carmine served about 45+/- years behind bars collectively. His brother Allie Boy served a life bid, and then got another 25. His own son Little Allie and his nephews and cousins are all serving or have served decades in jail.
They both died behind bars. Little Ally's fate will probably match his dad and uncle's. But Junior was a rat? WTF is it with people? Is everybody an idiot out there in internet land?
If he wasn't a mob guy false stories like this one bring major lawsuits against newspapers and periodicals. Because he's a wiseguy he can't do that. Plus a judge would most probably throw the case out of court anyway saying you can't slander or besmirch Persico's rep anymore than it already is because he's a convicted criminal.
That still don't make it right though!
