Yes, plus there was the 1980's Commission Case, and Al Capone getting 10 years for tax evasion. Meanwhile no one can point to any judge appointed by the mob.

Have you read this post above?

Or is this a "myth" too, just because it doesn't fit you narrative? You are constantly minimizing the power of the mob even at their "golden age".

Willie Marfeo to Henry Tameleo:

1) "You people want a loaf of bread and you throw the crumbs back. Well, fuck you. I ain't closing down."

2) "Get out of here, old man. Go tell Raymond to go shit in his hat. We're not giving you anything."

So it took you this long to come up with an old rumor. He was friends with Costello not an appointee of his. Fine, one, although the courts and politicians appoint judges. I'll give it to you, name the rest. Take another day or two if you need it.

"This long", "another day or two" you say? I replied several minutes after your post, and even if I didn't, I have other things to do apart from answering your posts. Your "high and mighty" attitude towards everybody who disagrees with you is ridiculous, by the way...

I was referring to my previous post which was several minutes after yours. But fine, just keep trolling, it's obvious you are just searching for an excuse to start a fight, rather that talking calmly about the mafia.

I don't troll, but you sure do. If you think that the mafia appoints judges you are an idiot, or a troll. Maybe both.

Keep going on with the insults, maybe they will get you banned. I am done with you anyway; if having the last word matters so much to you, suit yourself.

Now you cry for my banning, you are pathetic. I'm still waiting for you to name all those judges you know of.

Harsh could be a matter of opinion.

What I mean by that is

One person may think 10 years is harsh another may not agree

Also back in the day a FED sentence you could get parole and be home in 2/3 of your time
After programs and halfway houses etc.

Was pretty much 1/2

It’s not like that anymore
The feds did away with Parole
