just finish watching youtuvbe inmate robert rosso thalks about his encounters with jpey testa ,,,he mention the reason he was sent to butner in hte first place he had mouth that answer the queations why he was there in the first place,, and looks real old,,,,and and real RAT,,,, how he was connected with the COs and snithing on his fellow inmates ..

Tommy Pitera whos is he's equal...is at USP..both kinda same age so is Senter... SO yes i belive him it makes sense to me . Joey has a good looking daughther .

I know for a fact that its very common for inmates doing long bids in a penitentary to get transferred to a medium or even a low after they did a large part of their sentence and were well behaved.
Im agree with lennox.Basciano spend 4 years in florence as was then trasferred to Coleman. As someone whos spend 10 years with the Feds i know transers work exactly Basciano is at a USP...not a fci low like Joey...i know prisons .butner fci,ST Petersburgo fci,Mariana fci,ottisville fci,Pensacola fci, yazoo in MS áre well to be rat prisons..thas a fact and of course ..terminal island... Mickey franzese was there
