I dont believe it either. He is basing that on speculation. He also admitted that Joey Testa didnt like him. I know for a fact that its very common for inmates doing long bids in a penitentary to get transferred to a medium or even a low after they did a large part of their sentence and were well behaved.
Im agree with lennox.Basciano spend 4 years in florence as was then trasferred to Coleman.
