Major urban area’s in America have a violent criminal thug with no Impulse Control problem. Not a gun problem.
Why? Because certain groups think its ok to have babies at 17,18,19,20 years old without being married and their out of wedlock babies are not raised in a structured and disciplined environment.
They have 5 or more kids, in some cases with different last names due to different fathers. The other problem is people with cell phones doing that fake "Oh my God!! What are you doing?" that they do when they see cops struggling with a person revisiting arrest.
Streets are being named after people who fought cops. Sean Bell tried to run a cop over, the cop shot him dead, and got in trouble, Sean Bell had a street named after him, Eric Garner, 40 arrests on his record, resisted police on cell phone video, a street is named after him. Lots of other examples. So the message they send is commit crimes, fight cops, and if hurt or killed you get to be a hero.
