I'm in Miami now and there are multiple shooting incidents on the highways every week now with only a 30% homicide solved rate, 7 out of 10 homicides go unsolved in Miami Dade county. You have a better chance of getting away with murder than getting caught, not an encouraging statistic to think about. Between those statistics and the pandemic, who wants to go out in public anymore.
