I skipped the last 3 days at the gym (1 because I was still achy and the other 2 because I was out of town). But I got back on the horse today!

I did 8am yoga movement class and he kicked our asses, it was tuff.

As im doing it I think how could anyone think this is hard,,,,,then i start seating, then I get winded and then im like a animal trying to survive.

Finally reaching the end of the 70min class I feel great,

Next up FRIDAY 8M
Cannot make the 6am workout tomorrow , gotta early meet and task.

Stick with DP and let me know. I worked out today with my buddy and had a good workout. Meeting up with him again tomorrow!

Did this morning 8am and will be at the 6am class tomorrow, will have just enough time to do the 70 minutes take a shower and dress / prep for a accountant meet.

Worked out today..lost 20 pounds in 20 days. Verry happy with that

Been nursing my right shoulder since mid-December. Was on the road to recovery. But, Wednesday night slightly reinjured it doing bicep work.

I cycled this morning with a friend. Got caught up in conversation and didn't push myself as hard but still burned 400+ calories in the hour so I'm happy with that.

Still doing the free Zoom Yoga, movement breath work meditation class my friend offers online every day several times a week.

I am averaging 4- 6 days a week.

The classes are amazing and I feel great after it.
Between this and the fasting for lent I am really shaping up, think I may be in the best shape I’ve been in for years.

Back in the gym consistently. Shoulder feels pretty good, but I won't push it. Am doing a number of burn, drop, and super sets.

Please send me the link as I'd be interested/curious to do it. Is it free or is there a fee involved?

As for me, I felt great today. Did a 30 minute swim and a 30 minute bike ride and crushed it today. Met my movement goal for the day before I even left the gym. Hadn't been swimming since last fall and felt great to get back into the water. Felt strong! 💪

First open water swim in over a year and it was a great one. Going to sleep like a baby tonight!

Been working out consistently. Will go to the gym in about 30 minutes. Chest and legs day.

Been doing 6am Yoga strength and breathing class that finishes with meditation.
Three days a week Wed / Thurs / Friday

Just returned from the gym. Did chest and bicycle.

Really well, I feel great. Strong and solid. I highly recommend it, I would never have thought this would be something for me and only did it to show up once as a gag to support a friend. Now I am pissed off and in a bad mood when i miss a a class.




Nice, I plan on getting back on my bike again, once the nice weather returns.
