Had they not been killed Angelo Bruno, Phil Testa,Frank Narducci Sr,Frank Sindone and Johnny Keys Simone all would have been convicted of RICO and Nicky Scarfo would have ended up becoming the boss anyway.Instead of Scarfo becoming the Boss in 81, he would have become the Boss in 1983...

A March 1986 raid on DiBernardo's office seized alleged "child pornography and financial records." As "a result of the Postal Inspectors seizures [a federal prosecutor] is attempting to indict DiBernardo on child pornography violations" according to an FBI memo dated May 20, 1986.
