I remember now. It was in 1982, Dominick T U F A R O who allegedly headed a major heroin operation that was busted. Several dozen suspects were nailed. Frank Pasqua Sr, and Jr., were arrested in the case. Junior's wife Rosemary was also charged. The feds accused Dominick of supplying appx. 15% of all the junk coming into NYC at that time. He allegedly had supplied The Purple Gang in Harlem as well.
