Saw some video on this guy. His dad came around Frankie Loc.. Where exactly did Pasqua’s father grow up ? Pasqua Jr grew up in Staten Island but I dont think his father did. frankie Loc was a bronx guy but not sure thats where his dad grew up or what part of the bronx.

The grandfather was from the bronx originally. I believe he later moved to New Rochelle NY.

Dating back to the 1920s-1930s, (the original) Frank Pasqua's father was a street guy and hoodlum himself based originally in Harlem. The family later relocated up to the Bronx where Frank "Sr" was raised and operated during the 1950s onward. Frank moved his young wife and children, Frank Jr and Richard, out to Mastic Beach, Long Island. This is where the Pasqua family would reside for decades to come. They had a small beach-styled bungalow home.

But Sr always drove in daily (or nightly) back to the Bronx where he did most of his business. he also always kept a rented apartment up in the Bronx for himself where he often crashed after a night of clubbing, etc. Even though his family lived out on the island.

In later years, after Frank Sr. had been jailed numerous times already, he relocated back up to the Bronx. He sons, who were LI bred (and grown by then) started hanging around the five boroughs also. Frank later was said to have become "somebody," Richard turned rat.

This latest incarnation of the Pasqua family, Frank Pasqua Jr III (or whatever number he is in the family chain), lived all over; SI, Bklyn, LI, etc. He seems to be a mess

I remember now. It was in 1982, Dominick T U F A R O who allegedly headed a major heroin operation that was busted. Several dozen suspects were nailed. Frank Pasqua Sr, and Jr., were arrested in the case. Junior's wife Rosemary was also charged. The feds accused Dominick of supplying appx. 15% of all the junk coming into NYC at that time. He allegedly had supplied The Purple Gang in Harlem as well.
