So the Commission put out a contract on Indelicato, Pitera and anyone else with them, which Lino was given to test his loyalty to Rastelli, Sonny Black, and Fat Joe. That is where the contract came into play, and Lino already got a pass thanks to his cousin Eddie, and Dellacroce. Once Bruno was arrested, those around him came back in the fold and were placed in Frank Linos crew which was Brunos old crew. It was a test on Linos loyalty.
