Epic for sure. It's no secret that I've never been interested in these big city guys that I never met. I really don't need my imagination to comprehend what LCN life was like. I saw enough of it first hand to understand that only life at the top was where you needed to be to live the life that most "Wannabes" dream of. It ain't that way along the way! I found one of the most intriguing parts of this podcast was at the beginning with the well attired gentleman and the youngster looking at him then ended with a similar scene.

I mean this sincerely and it’s coming from me, so you know it’s for real cause I wouldn’t say shit that’s positive to you if it wasn’t haha But this is absolutely the best documentary on the Colombo family war that I’ve ever seen and one of the best documentaries I’ve ever seen in general and the way it was produced and the format was excellent and I hope is how all of the future documentaries will be As far as any critiques, and this is just my opinion....I think Lisa is probably the best female you could find to narrate the documentaries but with that said IMO I think someone w a Robert Stack or Bill Kurtis type of voice would be better Also the part where it goes into how Orena got close to Joe Massino , I feel that should have said Acting Bonnano Bosses Sal Vitale and Anthony Spero because Massino was in prison from 87-92 which was basically the entire time that Vic Orena was Acting Boss
Other than that great fucking job LOL, Louis I'm gonna take that compliment in the sincere vain that you gave it. Thank you. I'm glad that you enjoyed the show. Lisa and I are extremely happy with the way the production came out. And yes, we are striving to improve the quality of what we produce for the future. Always! Stay turned, because we've got a lot more headed your way.

You guys did an amazing job on this one !!! Your videos are always good, but this one hit a new high. Well researched, great assemblage of pertinent footage, very listenable narration, spot-on editing, and a great knack for weaving an interesting narrative. Many years ago,I ran an audio and video production business, and I can appreciate the amount of effort that goes into producing even a five or ten minute segment,so a tip of the fedora to both of you !!

Thank you Lou. Thats why this particular video took so long to complete. It was very long, and very intricate. And of course it was my written story that we went off of, but I gotta give the credit where the credits due. And that's my partner Lisa. She broke her ass on this one and really put her heart into it...and it shows. Thanks for the nice compliment. Complimentary words like all of you have said to us only goes to further our desire to elevate futures videos to new heights.

About 80 percent WOW... looks like a full blown documentary made for T.V. CONGRATS!!!
There is one item that was incorrect Bobby Tarantola wasn't killed
He was shot and lived
He was shot by the Gambino Family over a beef
He is still alive today
He now has his badge...
You're 100 percent right BH. Tarantola didn't go missing for 30 years. link https://www.silive.com/news/2015/11/7_staten_islanders_charged_in.htmlLink https://nypost.com/2004/12/25/heats-on-the-gotti-hit-king/Also they claimed on the Colombo War Michael Giangregorio was part of the casualties list. He wasn't. He was a target of 3 attempts by the Bath Avenue Crew. He survived all three. They didn't know that because in Jimmy Calandra's videos he referred to him as Mikey Hamster. They are horrible at research and unless Jimmy calandra says Michael Giangregorio they don't know who it is. Same thing with Tarantola. They're limited to Wikipedia knowledge. If not how would they not know Michael Giangregorio is Mikey Hamster? How would they not know who Frankie Botts was? How would they report that Bobby Tarantola was dead and missing 30 years? You gotta do the research

Thanks Lou. My husband was an Emmy Award winning producer/director mostly involved in sports and commercial work (Bears/college basketball, etc.) so maybe I picked up something from him...lol. But since you're an expert I do have a question about something technical I'm trying to improve and maybe you might have some thoughts on that - I'll PM you.

I really appreciate all the work that you guys put into what you do.
THANK YOU...
I apologize but I never saw this post of yours. Thank you BH. Ya know, if you really stop and think about it, In hindsight it's almost unbelievable that in the 1990s such a "gangland style" war could even take place on the streets of New York. It was reminiscent of something we expected to see back in the 1930s or 1950s, not nowadays. New Yorkers were captivated by all of it and it made for great print. But in retrospect it was a crazy Wild West type situation on the streets.
