if we are going to go in depth, use CLONED plates instead of stolen plates to avoid police license plate readers… stolen plates is included on their hotlist & as soon as you pass by a copper its over. biker gangs were using cloned plates decades ago for hits
So how do you clone a plate? Buy a stamping press and die and some aluminum stock and paint?
On the new readers isn't there something built into the plate that let's them be read? Something in the sticker?
