Al D’Arco was somebody in that life, yes it’s true that he struggled for a while but eventually he became made then Vic bumped him up into a Capo then eventually into the Acting Boss though that is only because Al was the guy who would follow Vic’s orders the exact way he wanted.Vic wanted someone that he could control and that person was Al D’Arco.
