Because it’s Anthony Perisiano but not the rat MF ….. the picture is a waiter that used to work at Angeloni’s in early - mid 80’s he moved to Vegas and just came back …. He is a friend but not the rat …. That’s wrong picture….. the guy in picture is a great guy .
