I don't think he left Italy in last 10 years or so , he is one of most wanted people in the world , it would be stupid to go traveling around while in Italy you have protection of politicians,freemasonry,secret services and mafia members.

But lets see how this turns out , almost no media coverage of this , if it turns out to be him we will know right away.
