Nope. The ritual of the mafia and ndragheta are mockery of catholic rites. Of course many believe in the mal'occhio (bad eyes) but the young generation doesnt believe in such things,in some cases there are priests that are close to the organization and confess and absolve members (Chiesa Nostra).
And the worst thing is when the statue of the saint or the madonna "bows" in front of the boss's house.
