Neighborhoods like Soundview, Hunts Point, Mott Haven have been blighted, like Brownsville and E. New York for generations regardless of ethnicity. The population density and the development of the Cross Bronx Expressway contributed to the rise of these breeding grounds for crime.



I remember …. But that was NYC this is every small town and big city in America ….. cartels lowered prices ….. they are getting the country hooked its 2$ a sack !!!!! Do you see what’s coming over the border …. Its this shit.
