I was not even born anywhere near the 1970's, but does anyone here who was around then in New York, especially the Bronx, think an area like the one he was in would let him abuse a little kid or others while knowing about it?
Jace, I think he's probably innocent, but it has to be investigated. That being said, there were priests, in the Bronx and elsewhere, who abused kids, and no one could believe or wanted to believe what was going on. I was born in the late 60s, and I remember when sexual abuse by priests first was in the news in the 80s. None of us could believe it, at first.
