Why would Marcello be in a super Maximum Security prison? That's for terrorists and the worst of the worst. Was he the only one in the Family Secrets trial that got sent off to ADMAX?
In my opinion because given that Marcello is old the feds maybe thinked that with the time Marcello would flip due the harsh prison conditions.
