If anyone's stealing from hardworking men and women at restaurants, it's their employers working them for shitty wages and forcing them to rely on tips, then making them share those tips with the bartenders and bust boys because they're too cheap to pay everyone a decent wage. If they wanted to be fair, they'd pay these people a good wage and whatever they make in tips is their business.
