It has all the earmarks of a Little Dom Cataldo hit. Shot him à nd his wife with a .380 and then stabbed and slit their throats. iMO Persico ordered it and Dom Cataldo carried out the hit. His wife just happened to be wrong place wrong time and Dom wanted to make It look like a drug cartel hit.
