Do you guys believe he was going to make a deal or was it just propaganda to get him killed why, I ask this is because there is an article which mentions Giuliani supposedly leaked info about Papa Sr as an informant, who was going to give important names to have his time reduced. Then NYMafia mentions one US Attorney Thomas Puccio that Papa provided evidence. So, wouldn't he have been put into protective custody being the largest heroin dealer with so many important people involved with his organization such as police and government?
