A lot of these guys were based out of Pleasant Avenue in East Harlem.

etc.... the list is very long. 90% were connected to the Genovese or Lucchese crews. Most worked under Gribbs Tramunti at that time.

Then you had the Downtown crews which included guys like;

Joseph (Joe Beck) Di Palermo
Charles (Charlie Brody) Di Palermo
Peter (Petey Beck) Di Palermo
Louis Gioia
Angelo (Little Angie) Tuminaro

Angelo (Little Moe) Presinzano
Carmine Consalvo
etc.
etc.... most of these drug guys worked under the Beck brothers, Tuminaro, etc. Lucchese, Genovese, Bonanno, and Gambino guys again.

But as a disclaimer; most of the crews had representatives who handled junk in those days downtown or uptown.

The Colombo's were the one crew who weren't represented in Manhattan with drugs. Maybe they had guys fucking around in Brooklyn and elsewhere, but not NY. The other four crews did have reps in Manhattan.
