Among the 17 people that the FBI has subpoenaed as administrators or resellers of Anom phones in the court in San Diego are Hakan Ayik, Dominico Catanzariti, an Australian citizen, and Maximilian Rivkin, a Swedish citizen, were acting as administrators of the An0m network. They arranged new subscriptions to Anom, were able to delete accounts and had the ability to remotely wipe devices if desired, such as after an arrest.

The indictment mentions five Dutch nationals: Abdelhakim A., Miwand Z., Seyyed Hossein H., Omar M., and Aurangzeb A.. They too would have worked for Anom as distributors, or in some other way.
