His victims were rival gangsters; the one innocent person killed was not on purpose and he probably did regret it. He has been in prison for 30 years, almost no one get kept in that long aside from mafia members or associates like Mark Rieter. He is 86, if hundreds of others get released after planning cop murders, or running a gang and killing people are being let out, he deserves to go home.
