If they can get Bulger there is every good chance that they can get this idiot too. He's also a cute young kid so he's probably at an equally high risk of having his a-hole turned into something resembling the size of the hubcap off a '57 Eldorado. But that's only if he ever hits the general population.

Unfortunately, I suspect that it is more likely (perhaps in part because of Bulger) that the Bureau of Prisons knows how fucked this kid would be and if anything are more likely to protect him by whatever means possible. Combined with the fact that he probably is, legitimately, mentally ill, and he's probably going to be one of the most comfortably appointed guests of the government since Al Capone.
