The Colombian Garcia Arevalo and his partner Harpreet Singh Majhu both killed in BC in 2016 were behind a hit in Dubai, part of a series of liquidations - in Istanbul, Amsterdam, Dubai and Canada - which started with a batch of heroin stolen in Greece.
The two mercenaries worked for the Turkish mafia and were members of the Brothers Keepers, a notorious motorcycle gang.

Who are the players ? I know there Triads, Hells Angels, UN, red scorpion and another gang.

They are referring to the Brothers keepers gang. The Brothers Keepers have been in a violent conflict with the UN & Red Scorpions for the past few years now

No, the BC media thinks otherwise... This is a quote from an article last year “ B.C.’s anti-gang agency is warning of a relatively new group of criminals who go by the name, Brothers Keepers.”

Also them expanding territory in parts of Metro Van.. I have reason to believe they are referring to The Brothers Keepers.

Yes but some of these groups also have Caucasian members. It was founded by Gavin Grewal with most of its members and leadership formerly aligned with the Red Scorpions. This organization is active mainly in Metro Vancouver but is believed to have made inroads into the Interior of British Columbia, Vancouver Island, Alberta and Ontario. The Brothers Keepers are led by the Grewal/Dhaliwal.

They now killed a corrections officer Bikramdeep Randhawa, 29, was killed in what police say was a targeted incident.

The city is pop popping.

Its kind of weird that every canadian cities are having some kind of gnga wars, an the homicide rate are getting higher.
But montreal its still calm compared to other canadian cities.

There is rumours Wolf pack were giving protection to BK but that fell apart
