Joey Merlino and company are all flat broke. Their reputations are known throughout the entire city of Philadelphia. Nobody likes them or trusts them. This is the reason why they can not accumulate wealth like other organisations. They live in the dog eats dog world. The caliber of men that once existed in this city are dead and buried. These guys today are nickel and dime hoods that are cheating and robbing each other and whoever else they do business with. The old timers must be rolling over ion their graves seeing these imbeciles involved in this city. Just do your research and you will see for yourselves what kind of guys they are.
