The Testa brothers became very very close to Vic Amuso and they worked out a deal to get transferred to the Luccheses after Demeo was murdered. Also if Paul Castellano had not been murdered he was going to murder Nino Gaggi this is confirmed on Wiretaps by Sammy the Bull and John Gotti.
Uh Roy was definitely with the Lucchese's it is in murder machine. It literally says he turned down a button from the Luccheses so he could get one from the Gambinos.
