He spoke to Watts, one time verbally from Marion.

Watts- was jammed up on that Weiss case.

So he gave the feds info on how Gotti was communicating to Jr. through the attny's.

Because Watts gave up that info Gotti, should have been let out of solitary after 3 years, but the feds kept him in solitary alot longer
