Cartels will never be as "popular" as LCN...yeah a Roy Demeo was just as savage as any Cartel hitman but he did it 100% for business and revenge. He didn't stop a bus on the highway pull everyone off and murder them like Cartels do. Chapo is pure scum and so is every other drug lord.
The men in the cartels want to be rich and powerful,not to be popolar.El Chapo that wanted an interview with San Pennsylvania and Kate del Castillo is an exception.
