Dave is reporting that the guys from Philly that are on parole are now threatening the "many" witnesses that the feds have against them and the FBI has filled court papers regarding this. Not sure who to believe on this one because it could 100% be plausible and the feds have a current track record of fabricating things.

Correct Ralphie. Its been well documented time and time again that the feds have played fast and loose with the evidence, and their representations before judges in the courtroom.
Thats not my assessment of things. It's well documented. Prosecutors, FBI agents and supervisors, etc etc. Fact of life.
Certainly not all of them. But enough of them over the years thats it's become a bad black-eye for them.
