I have learned alot in my recent research. NyMafia has brought to my attention the power base this Family had in the New England area, which I had little prior knowledge. Between FRANK IACONE and SALVATORE CUFARI, who was the more powerful, influential Caporegime within the Family? Who was stronger in the area and had the tighter regime?
Hi Don Pep, I think that both of these capos had power in their own right. Different yet equally powerful. Certainly Cufari was the better know of the two.
That might even bode well for Iacone in that he was largely a shadow to the larger public and government investigators right?
