Biggie, I think you're right about bail—back in the day the reason for keeping them locked up would be because they might be considered flight risks, but I think we all know that there's no such thing as hiding from the Feds anymore. With no violence in the indictment, I would guess they make both those guys put up their homes as collateral and let them have house arrest.
