I'd say it's a tie between the Godfather 1 & 2, and Once Upon a Time in America.

Casino soundtrack is good as well.

Mean Streets has the best soundtrack of all of Scorsese's movies.

Raging Bull has the best score, followed by Taxi Driver's jazz. Donnie Brasco's "Donnie and Lefty" score is also beautiful. Once Upon a Time in America's score is powerful as well as Road to Perdition. Pulp Fiction has an excellent soundtrack. Casino is also very great.

The Godfather has a classic score.

"Goodfellas" has the best soundtrack. It perfectly reflects the times shown in the movie.

So, I'll say GoodFellas and Mean Streets.

I love Scarface soundtrack, so classy and touchy. It perfectly suits the movie on my opinion.

Score - The Godfather

Soundtrack - Goodfellas

I think Goodfellas has probably the best soundtrack of any movie I've seen. It's so eclectic, yet everything fits beautifully.

Any Tarantino or Scorsese film will alway's have a legendary soudtrack and/or score.

Soundtrack: Casino and Goodfellas (Scarface is a close third)

Good'Fellas, definitely. It was mentioned accurately up in this thread, "it reflects the times". Plus, I love most of the songs on the soundtrack and now have them in my possession.

In terms of during the film and lasting impressions from the film, I would definately say The Godfather. However, as music in it's own right, Once Upon A Time In America is one of the best scores I have ever heard
