I have not seen a new good mob movie in such a long time. But i was they made a new one with all the good actors put toghether. i mean actors like pacino,pecsi,de niro,liotta,james woods,michael imporeli,i mean every one, even danny de vito. i woulnt mind seeing him in a mob movie. i wanna see that happen before all the old mob actors pass away. cause when pacino passes away i dont know what i would do.
Leave the gun and take the canoli.

year, i'v been thinking the exact same thougth. It could be cool if they made like, the final mob movie. Beacouse i think your rigth. Not many years will go before the best actors pass away. But i do disagree about having De vito in it. That guy sucks.. I cant take him seriously. espasially not with movies like Junior...uhhhhh puke

I agree, I dunno about Liotta though, I'm not a huge fan of his. They gotta put Tony Sirico in it too, he's the best.

But when you buy canolis from the bakery you don't share them with Don Leporeleone, what have I ever done to make you treat me so disrespectfully

too bad brando is dead, it would be nice for him to get in on that as well. he wouldn't have to parody the godfather. but why not bruno kirby? he played clamenza the the flashback scenes in part 2 and he was also marlon brando's newphew in the movie the freshmen. but hey if you really want to get some cool mafia types in there i wouldn't forget johnny depp. depp has been making pretty great movies.
i do agree it has to have a godfather like feel to it. why not try and model it after the sopranos. that way it can have the feel of a family drama and the harshness of a mafia movie. besides i don't want a knockoff of the godfather. lol.

It's one of the better gangster movies in my opinion

Donnie Brasco is one of my favorite because its real and it shows you what a real gangster has to go through.It shows you the bottom of barrel kinda guys who worry about getting wacked more than money.
