Was just searching for The Godfather on IMDB and came across this old picture from 1911. Has anyone seen this one and if so is it based on the maffia etc?

I dont know if it is allowed to post links, but this one can't hurt: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0364378/ I know it can't be based on Mario Puzo, and I also know that he invented the maffia-term 'Godfather'. But the word is very common within the italian/catholic culture, so maybe it could be similiar...
