I have mixed feelings about John Gotti. It is hard no to like the guy because of his flaunting and acting like a Gangster like we all imagine. He had a good looking flamboyant charm about himself in the leagues of Benny Siegal and Al Capone. His whole legacy carries a really interesting story, you can't deny that. Even upto his own Underbosses testimony. What a story and it's written excellently and unbiasdly my Mustains and Capecis Mob Star.
On the other hand he ruined the mob in NY, was a terrible Boss, should have kept himself to himself and had scores of men killed. I don't feel sorry for him whatsover but also he did his time like a man. Like he is often quoted and picked up from a FBI wire tap:
