Hey! Well last night I watched Cape Fear. The movie had some very horrible acting from everyone except De Niro. Almost every scene De Niro appears except for maybe the rape scene was great. But I don't think Martin Scorsese should of Directed this film. The camera work was nothing special except maybe the changing colors. The movie had a lot of close up shots, and fast shots which maybe the scenes appear intense. The movie is a bit of a thriller, but the only moment that felt that way was the scene involving the wire and the bear :)Out of 5 stars, I would give this film a 2.5 But that’s mostly because of De Niro.

I really liked the film. I think the acting was very good, with the exception of Juliette Lewis, who I never thought was a good actress. It was dark and somewhat "creepy", but I thought it was a good story, and one of DeNiro's best acting performances . On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give it an easy 8. One of my favorites. TIS
