I was wondering if any one has ever seen the mafia movie called Crazy Joe. My Mamma seen it came on the other day on A&E but I had never even heard of it. She said it looked like a mob movie to her. Is it worth seeing?

I saw a movie called "Crazy Joe" years ago starring Peter Boyle as Joey Gallo. I can't remember too much about it, but it wasn't the greatest movie going.

I looked it up on IMDb and was surprised to see a few "Godfather" alumni in the movie. Carmine Caridi (Carmine Rosatto), Michael V. Gazzo (Frank Pentangeli) and Gabriele Torrei (Enzo the baker) all had parts in it. The movie came out the same year as "Godfather Part II", so it obviously was overshadowed that year for its share of Mob movie fans.

Yeah, Peter Boyle plays the old guy named "Frank Barone" on Everybody loves Raymond.
