I have Crime Inc: The True Story of the Mafia on Dvd. It's pretty good although very old, like back in the 80's it was made I think. It covers alot and has 6 hours of footage, interviews, wire taps and police surveillence on Mob guys. All of this is on 2 discs and cost me 15 shillings. About 23 dollars roughly.

I have alot of Mafia history DVD's but the one I like the most is "La Cosa Nostra, The Mafia An Expose" It is a box set that contains 5 DVD's. The first DVD is called "Coming To America/ Al Capone". The Second one is called "Valachi,Luciano,Genovese and Hollywood". The third one is callled "Vegas/Hoffa". The fourth one is called "Kennedy Connection/ Gallo, Colombo, Bonanno". The last one is called "Gotti/Resume". Each DVD is 90 minutes long, I paid 30 dollars for it at Bestbuy. Hope it helps

Leonard: I dont know. See, I have this condition.
Teddy: Well, I hope its not as serious as his, 'cos this guy's dead.

Wow $30 ain't bad at all! Are you satisfied with that purchase & would you recommend it? Also, are there any worthwhile special features?

Oh yeah Im very satisfied and I would recommend it. There is some special features like there's a triva, Crime Family Profile, High profile biographies on major mob bosses and operatives. There's in depth Biographies on different guys on each DVD. Its totally worth buying.

Does the DVD talk a lot about Capone? Also, do they mention any of the guys in either the movie Goodfellas or Casino (Jimmy "The Gent" Conway, Tommy, Henry Hill, Sam Rothstein, Nicky Santoro, etc). Also, how is the section on thd JFK assasination?

Irishman: Yes, the first DVD talks alot about Al Capone. They might have said something about the Luftansa hiest but I dont really remember anything about Henry Hill or Burk. The do have some things on Roesenthal and Spilotro on the fourth DVD. The JFK DVD is really good, very good in depth analyiss on the assasination.

Grazie DonPalentino! I'll look into buying it tomorrow when I go to BestBuy. If they have it for $30 I might just get it. What's it called again? La Costa Nogsta?

I assume this mainly American Mafia, cuz this sounds class. I saw another set, 7 discs, but that was triads afro-carribean gangs aswell.

Has La Cosa Nostra got anything about:
Sammy Gravano
John Gotti
The Gambino Family
