WHat R your favorite murders/deaths in Mob movies?

I have to say Joe Pesci's in Goodfellas, was pretty greusome, they LITERALLy shoy a a piece of his head off. It flew by the camera

Pesci's death in Casino would have been so much better if we had actually seen it.

Cuneo's barber-shop revolving door shots were awesome.

Sonny knew about theose deathtrap elevators, too bad Stracci didn't.

Billy Bats was pretty gruesome. Shoot him, stab him, just make sure he's dead.

Casino violence was good too. Tony Dogs eye popper was great. And the bloody pen was awesome.

Frankie the Wop ended up on meat hook.

Turi Giuliano's death was pretty shocking.

The Helicopter-masscare of Gf3 was great too.

I haven't seen Last Don MOVIES yet. Were Santadios, Pippi, Skannet, Dante, and others deaths as good as they were in the book.
I never saw Pippi DeLena's death coming. "That fucking Santadio"
The cop, whose name escapes me right now, had a pretty dishonorable death.

What else did you guys like?

I don't actually see how we could have seen Pesci's death in Casino, he was buried alive, though badly beaten.

I didn't die, it's been a whole consipiracy and camera trickery.

So die all who betray Giuliano

The tony doggs murder was cool when his eye popped out. The murder of tommy d was awesome.
In the movie Hoodlums There was this black guy talking shit to Duch Schults(tim roth) and duch shot the guy in the neck in his office. In a Bronx Tale the sonny murder was crazy. The nicky santora hit when never really scene it.

Leonard: I dont know. See, I have this condition.
Teddy: Well, I hope its not as serious as his, 'cos this guy's dead.

Though it was low key, Altobello's death was kinda scarey. Probably poisoned with cyanide, paralyzed and not able to breathe but fully aware of what was happening.

I'm with Goodfellaoggie on this thread! All 3 of those were excellent! I might also add, however, the whole "whacked-out Indians" scene in Scarface, especially the chainsaw! Man! Talk about a bloodbath!

I found a GOOF in Casino. The opening carbomb, shows a body flying the flames in the air as a backdrop to the credits. Ace survived the carbomb. Who flew into the air?

No, Turi didn't die. he was only popped in the chest, with a fake bullet by Aspanu to decive the poorass boat driver. Then they tooka Giuliano lookalike, dropped him froma car, where he could be shot at 50 times, so they couldn't identify the body, and they said the dead body ressited the arrest, and died during a shootout with police. Lol.

So I'm waiting for Sicilian 2!

I assume Aspanu survied, and jumped up and killed hector Adonis and the camere man which is why we fadedto black, witha horsey in front of the credits. or else we woud ahve the bloody decapitated, raped body of Hector Adonis stapped to the bed with a hidden microphone in his ass, so we can hera faint sounds of life. lol.

See ya there, Turi. BTW, why no GIULIANO avatars?

You got killed by a Gasper! lol. Gaspare Gomez Aspanu Uncle Fester Picsiotta.

I tohught that was just a part of the opening credits, not Ace actually flying out of a Cadillac from a car bomb. But when I first saw Casino, the opening scene really caught my eye, for the dummie they use when the car blows up was blatantly obvious. I'm not demeaning it in any way, for I know that it must be difficult to even pull off a scene like that, but I just found it humorous that a dummie was DeNiro for a split second.

I don't know ANYTHING about a DUmmy

But on FIRST view of the movie. You SEE a carbomb blow up and ACE flying through the air.

I was prety damn SURE Ace would die at the nd, instead he DIDN'T VEN leave the ground, he rols away, and gets to LIVE!

I love Ace, but, come on, why Did God spare HIM?

It's kind of disappointing I was waiting for a body to fly through the air lol.

That whole scene near the end of "Casino" with the multiple hits, starting with Alan King in the parking lot, was really pretty grim. I thought the nastiest was the guy who tried to hide out in Costa Rica--"Where you goin,' jag-off?" says the hitman, then puts one through the top of his head, and he spits out a piece of brain. Ugh.

Oh THAT's what he spit out....

In the movie it's Andy Stone, I think you mean?

Nicky and Dom's hit was the WORST tho. At Least Nance,a dn stoney go their brais blown out right away!

Nicky ha dto watch his brother ge beatennto death for several minutes, then suffeed several blows with the bat, and was still alive an dbreathing through the WHLE thing, and was buried ALIVE!

That was EVIL!

They must have HATED Santorro!

I think Puzo watched this movie lol.

Those holes in the desert remind me of the Last Don!

What really made those hits awesome was the song they played " House Of The Rising Sun".
