In Godfather2 after the attempted hit on Michael, the assassins are found dead on the grounds of the estate. Who killed them? If it was ever mentioned I missed it. Thanks in advance to everyone.

ah that age old question.

It is never stated ANYWHERE who kills them. Do a search on the boards for Tahoe Assasins (Spelling isn't my strong point lol) and you will see a lot of threads on it.

Thanks, I will research the board. I always kind of thought it had to have been Fredo, since he was the traitor, but I was never sure about it.

WOW, Now I see that this has been discussed at great length. I am new here and didn't mean to reinvent the wheel.
Has anyone ever sent a letter or email to FFC and asked his opinion on such things?

it's one of the questions we will never know.

The Mafia Is Not Primarily An Organisation Of Murderers.
First And Foremost,The Mafia Is Made Up Of Thieves.
It Is Driven By Greed And Controlled By Fear.

Between The Law And The Mafia, The Law Is Not The Most To Be Feared

if people do write to coppola then surely it will be the end of great discussions? but saying that if we did find out then surely we could discuss why whoever did a hit on him decided to do it?
