My god, the humanity! Yes, PTA wiping the floor of the local 7-11 with Wes Anderson was pretty damning evidence that some fights are absolutely one-sided. Speaking of one-man annihilation of enemy armies, our next poll will decide once and for all, who was the supreme 80's American action star? At a time when patriotism was in everything in regards to American activity, including Hollywood's movies, two reigned supreme. Because he started too late by 1988, Willis is not qualified for this poll. Same with Van Damm and Seagal, though the last two mainly because they aren't worth a sh*t. Anyway, in one corner we have Arnold Schwarzenegger, who certainly has his case for ruling the 80's with great pictures like CONAN THE BARBARIAN, THE TERMINATOR, PREDATOR, etc. Now the Austrian Oak lays the COMMANDO treatment on California. Then in the other corner, there is the Italian Stallion himself Sylvester Stallone, who punched and killed his way through 3 RAMBO movies and 2 ROCKY sequels, oh and RHINESTONE. Okay, scratch the last one. Folks, put down your pissy fights over ideologies that can never fully win, for moderates run the government more effectively....cough...and lets decide, once and for all, who is indeed the superb 80's American action film star?

Yes, intelligent and well-thoughtful films by Sly like OVER THE TOP, COBRA, TANGO & CASH... Still, what about the rather enjoyable action/sci-fi picture of THE TERMINATOR? Besides, COMMANDO is a Bad Movie Classic to me, so fucking into the mindset of the time, with mistakes galore, and even a baddie who looks like Freddie Mercury with steroids(yes, how........intimidating :p )...and hell, you have Luthor from THE WARRIORS as Sully, who just had to be "dropped". See, thats what you get for wasting Cyrus.

Well, I didn't put Ford on the list because unlike the other two, hes an ACTOR.
Maybe a poll in the future in regards to it, like Best Actor Everywhere(where Ford and Sam Jackson fight it out), but really, this poll was a mockery of Stallone and Arnold, who waved the American flag while killing thousands of evil commie foreigners, or got revenge on some war we lost, etc. I mean, the insanity of the times, and all worth a laugh.
In fact, if Stallone's Rambo was SUCH a badass, why didn't he kill all of North Vietnam back during the actual war? Was he a lazy unpatriotic bum?
